Proceeding contribution from Baroness Gould of Potternewton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 21 May 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health and Social Care Bill.
Health and Social Care Bill
Before we start, I have to make the usual announcement. If there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, the Committee will adjourn as soon as the Division Bell is rung and resume after 10 minutes. I also understand that after about two hours there will be a comfort break. On Question, Whether Clause 107 shall stand part of the Bill?
