Manchester City Council Bill [Lords](By Order)
I thank the Minister for clarifying the position, and apologise for mishearing the word ““autumn””. One group who have kept very quiet about this, perhaps for a reason of which I am not aware, is the Local Government Association, which covers every area of local government in the country. I have yet to hear anything from the LGA.
