moved Amendment No. 6: 6: Clause 2, page 2, line 4, leave out from ““which”” to end of line 6 and insert ““(without the jobholder ceasing to be employed by the employer)— (a) the jobholder ceases to be an active member of the scheme, or (b) the scheme ceases to be a qualifying scheme.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
