moved Amendment No. 81: 81: After Clause 25, insert the following new Clause— ““Quality requirement: other personal pension schemes The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision as to the quality requirement to be satisfied in the case of a personal pension scheme to which section 25 does not apply.”” On Question, amendment agreed to. Clause 26 [Transitional periods for money purchase and personal pension schemes]: On Question, Whether Clause 26 shall stand part of the Bill?
