moved Amendments Nos. 8 and 9: 8: Clause 8, page 6, line 2, leave out from ““become”” to end of line 2 and insert ““an active member of the scheme on that occasion;”” 9: Clause 8, page 6, line 4, after ““jobholder,”” insert ““on the basis that the jobholder has become an active member of the scheme on that occasion”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
