moved Amendments Nos. 19 and 20: 19: Clause 15, page 9, line 1, leave out paragraph (b) 20: Clause 15, page 9, line 6, at end insert— ““( ) A reference in any provision to the relevant pay reference period is a reference to the period determined in accordance with regulations under this section, as they apply for the purposes of that provision in the case concerned.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
