Proceeding contribution from Sarah McCarthy-Fry (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 8 October 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Children and Young Persons Bill [Lords].

Children and Young Persons Bill [Lords]

I thank the hon. Gentleman for his warm and kind words. I am not quite sure where the vineyard comes from, but we will worry about that later. The point about the services and the support package that we will provide is that we will consult further on statutory guidance and regulations to determine what that support package may be. There is therefore still an opportunity—we are not being prescriptive—and we may be able to look at the matter further.
