Proceeding contribution from Julian Brazier (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 29 October 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Canterbury City Council Bill.

Canterbury City Council Bill [Lords] (By Order)

No. Those street traders face unfair competition from people from all over the country who have not paid for street trading licences but in practice are acting as street traders and not as pedlars. I urge the House to support the measure.
