Education and Skills Bill

My Lords, my noble friend and I are delighted with that reply and extremely grateful to the Minister for the undertaking. It is wonderful news for young people and illustrates, if I may say so, two of the strengths of this Government: their willingness to listen and their commitment to offering the best possible chance to every young person in the country. I thought that, without a guarantee, one could not call this a landmark Bill. With it, however, one certainly can. On that basis, I am happy to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
