Pre-Budget Report
No, I will not give way. Does the hon. Member for Tatton think that the recession is good for the health, as his party's health spokesman does? Those are the questions that the nation wants answered. If they are to be a credible Opposition, they cannot just pontificate—they have to come out with policies that mean something to the hard-pressed people we represent.
