Proceeding contribution from Baroness Morgan of Drefelin (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 15 December 2008. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Criteria and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2008.

Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Criteria and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2008

The aspiration is to have a strategy for maximising the information flow and making that work practically. Again, perhaps I may give the noble Baroness a fuller response in writing. I commend the regulations to the Committee. Motion agreed.
