Amendment 134 134: Clause 20, page 13, line 36, at end insert— ““( ) Any order made under subsection (2)(a) is subject to the approval of both Houses of Parliament. ( ) Any order made under subsection (2)(b) is subject to the approval of the National Assembly for Wales.””
