Use of the Chamber (Youth Parliament)

Some of the greatest moments in history arise from wise people deciding that just occasionally a rule is designed to be broken, and that exceptions should be made in order to allow something special to happen. This should happen only once. We do not want the Chamber to be taken over, to become a venue for parties or a favoured catering place. This is a one-off, to try to say to young people, "Parliament matters. If you get elected, go for it." We should let them do it, on the right terms and conditions. I shall support the motion tonight, should we get to a vote.
