Proceeding contribution from Lee Scott (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 11 March 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Business Rate Supplements Bill.
Business Rate Supplements Bill
I wonder whether the right hon. Gentleman can provide clarification on the following point. In my neighbouring constituency, with which I have a connection in terms of the main town centre of Ilford, a BID is being voted on at present. Would that also be included, or would it be counted as a new BID?
