Proceeding contribution from Lord Tunnicliffe (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 6 May 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Political Parties and Elections Bill.
Political Parties and Elections Bill
We have been going for two hours. In accordance with our new convention, I propose that we take a break for 10 minutes. In the very real possibility that there may be a Division during that break, I propose that we merge the two conventions and resume 10 minutes after the Division is called. Sitting suspended.
