Amendment 72 72: After Clause 32, insert the following new Clause— "Private health care (1) The Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (c. 43) is amended as follows. (2) In section 15 (private health care), after subsection (4) insert— "(4A) The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for the regulator to permit exceptions to the restriction mentioned in subsection (2) if it is satisfied that in all the circumstances it is appropriate to do so in the interests of the National Health Service. (4B) The regulations may specify conditions upon which such exceptions may be permitted.""
