Health Bill [HL]
My Lords, I strongly support what has been said. It is extremely good that the Minister has felt able to modify the Bill in this way. A lawyers’ charter is not a particularly fearsome prospect for me. However, the best protection against lawyers’ charters is clear drafting, and these amendments are clearly drafted. Amendment 1 agreed.
