Amendment 10 10: After Clause 6, insert the following new Clause— "Regulations under section 4 or (Other revisions of NHS Constitution) (1) The power to make regulations under section 4 or (Other revisions of NHS Constitution) is exercisable by statutory instrument. (2) A statutory instrument containing regulations under either of those sections is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament." Amendment 10 agreed.
