Finance Bill
I agree with the hon. Gentleman. I think we all agree that there are a large numbers of relevant factors, but whatever they are, the increase in duty is the last straw. On that point, he is united with the right hon. Member for Wokingham (Mr. Redwood), who also thinks it is the last straw.
