Finance Bill
The hon. Gentleman makes a powerful case for voting down amendment 10, which calls for research into the competitiveness of licensed premises and the level of employment in alcohol-related industries. From the hon. Gentleman's speech, he appears to have done all that research already. Will he confirm that he will vote against the amendment?
