Clause 9: Regulations about ballots Amendment 44A 44A: Clause 9, page 6, line 5, at end insert— "( ) Nothing in subsection (3) is to be taken as requiring a lower-tier authority to accept a delegation or to prevent it accepting a delegation on conditions including as to the cost of the exercise of the function."
