Proceeding contribution from Lord Bates (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 18 May 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Business Rate Supplements Bill.
Business Rate Supplements Bill
I am grateful for the Minister’s reply. I am obviously disappointed that the businesses which are exempt this year will not be exempt next year but, nevertheless, I accept the explanation that has been given. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 48 withdrawn. Clause 12 agreed. Clause 13 agreed.
