Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hamwee (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 18 May 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Business Rate Supplements Bill.
Business Rate Supplements Bill
On the second of the two amendments, in regard to cancellation I was not concerned with minor inconsistency but with material inconsistency in a minor matter with minor information, which is different. However, what she had to say before that section of her notes reassured me and I am grateful for that.
