Industry and Exports (Financial Support) Bill
My Lords, I had two specific questions. The second has been put precisely by the noble Lord, Lord De Mauley. My main question complements his point. In the original scheme, there were guarantees on efficacy and on environmental matters. Will those be reinforced under that scheme, and, if so, how?
