Proceeding contribution from David TC Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 19 May 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Policing and Crime Bill.
Policing and Crime Bill
The hon. Gentleman must have seen in his surgeries, as I have, numerous people who have been victims of antisocial behaviour on the part of gangs, collections of young people, or whatever we want to call them. Why is he trying to make it difficult to enforce order and peace for the benefit of the law-abiding community?
