Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [Lords]
Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The hon. Gentleman has had lunch, but he did not have coffee. We are already issuing ID cards for foreign nationals—35,000 since last November. The points-based system is now fully operational, so that only those with the skills that we need can come to the UK to work and study.
