Clause 4: Conditions for imposing a BRS Amendments 6 to 9 6: Clause 4, page 3, line 25, leave out "where there is to be" 7: Clause 4, page 3, line 25, after first "ballot" insert "has been held of the relevant persons" 8: Clause 4, page 3, line 25, leave out "the ballot has been held" 9: Clause 4, page 3, line 26, after "approved" insert "by a majority as set out in section 8" Amendments 6 to 9 agreed. Clause 5 : Prospectus Amendment 10 not moved.
