Clause 6: Consultation Amendment 22 22: Clause 6, page 4, leave out lines 24 to 26 and insert "consult those persons who the authority thinks might become liable to pay a chargeable amount before the end of the chargeable period of the BRS and whom it would be appropriate to consult"
