Council Tax Capping (Surrey)
As a Member whose constituency borders Gatwick, I confirm that my hon. Friend is right. May I add another thing that has not been mentioned? One of the biggest crime hotspots in my constituency is Clacket Lane service station on the M25, which is a hotbed of vice of all kinds and a real problem for those policing the eastern part of Surrey. Let us not forget the problems created there as well.
