No I will not. I will continue. Perhaps the authority needs to check its records more closely. That is a message that Opposition Members can take back. Surrey's estimate of the re-billing costs is £1.2million. That looks somewhat on the high side compared with the costs incurred by other authorities. For example, last year Lincolnshire police authority estimated re-billing costs at about £1 million, whereas the actual cost was £380,000. We will have to wait to see the actual re-billing costs in Surrey.
