Amendments 3 and 4 3: Clause 4, page 3, line 29, after "Regulations" insert "under subsection (2)(c)" 4: Clause 4, page 3, line 32, leave out "subsection (3)" and insert "this section" Amendments 3 and 4 agreed. Clause 7 : Transfers Amendments 5 and 6 not moved.
