Amendment 83 83: After Clause 24, insert the following new Clause— "Service Registration (1) Section 15 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 (c. 2) (service declaration) is amended as follows. (2) Omit subsection (2)(a). (3) Omit subsections (9) to (12)."
