Clause 39: Interpretation: general Amendments 145 and 146 145: Clause 39, page 23, line 44, at end insert— ""Assistant Coroner for Treasure" means an assistant coroner, designated under paragraph 7 of Schedule (Coroner for Treasure and Assistant Coroners for Treasure), acting in the capacity of Assistant Coroner for Treasure;" 146: Clause 39, page 24, line 9, at end insert— ""the Coroner for Treasure" means a person appointed under paragraph 1 of Schedule (Coroner for Treasure and Assistant Coroners for Treasure);" Amendments 145 and 146 agreed. Amendments 146A to 146C not moved.
