Parliamentary Standards Bill
It is useful to have elicited that explanation and have it put on the record before the Bill goes to the other place, but I rest my case. The original intention was that both Houses should be covered. We are now assured that that is not the immediate intention, and I trust that this issue, which might be of considerable interest in the other place, will be teased out further in any debate there. Amendment 7 agreed to.
