Amendment 28A 28A: Clause 3, page 2, line 30, at end insert— "(7A) The scheme may provide for allowances to be payable in connection with a person’s ceasing to be a member of the House of Commons; and references in this Act to the payment of an allowance to a member are to be read accordingly."
