Clause 6: Investigations Amendments 42A to 42C 42A: Clause 6, page 4, line 23, after "with" insert "a requirement included by virtue of section 5(7) (registration of interests) in" 42B: Clause 6, page 4, line 28, leave out paragraph (c) 42C: Clause 6, page 4, line 30, leave out from "investigation," to "provide" in line 31 and insert "the IPSA must" Amendments 42A to 42C agreed. Amendment 43 not moved.
