Caring for the Elderly
The Secretary of State said yesterday:""it would be wrong to force the pace of that debate."—[Official Report, 14 July 2009; Vol. 496, c. 162.]" Does my hon. Friend the Member for Eastbourne (Mr. Waterson) accept that, for people who are dying in poverty because of the inaction of this Government, 12 years is far too long to wait?
