Amendment 169 169: Clause 75, page 51, line 3, at end insert— "( ) But Academy functions do not include functions of making, confirming or approving subordinate legislation. ( ) "Subordinate legislation" has the same meaning as in the Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30) (see section 21(1) of that Act)." Amendment 169 agreed. Clause 75, as amended, agreed. Clauses 76 to 78 agreed. Clause 79 : The Chief Executive of Skills Funding Debate on whether Clause 79 should stand part of the Bill.
