Proceeding contribution from Hywel Francis (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 14 October 2009. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Welsh Language).

National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Welsh Language)

I am grateful to the hon. Gentleman for using the word ““expeditiously”” rather than ““swift””. I can assure the Grand Committee and the House that in no way will my Committee delay the process. It will not necessarily be just tidying up. We will perhaps offer constructive suggestions, which might be regarded as tidying up, but which might also be slightly more than that.
