No, they will not. We have looked at the issue quite carefully. For a start, I do not think that any Member of Parliament would breach the £400,000 total cost level—[Laughter.] I do not know whether the hon. Lady’s office does, but mine certainly does not. In addition, Members of Parliament going about their normal parliamentary duties would not be caught within the scope of the provisions, and I am grateful to be able to put that clarification on the record.
