As I have explained, the matter in question is a Minister of the Crown function, and any question of the legislation or any subsequent Measure applying will be subject to the consent of the Secretary of State. That is clear and is accepted by the Welsh Assembly and Westminster Governments. The hon. Lady’s party leader—I do not want to stray too far down this road, Mr. Jones—says that he will look again at the St. Athan facility. That is very clear, and she cannot wriggle out of it.
