Amendment 15 15: After Clause 9, insert the following new Clause— "Publicly funded legal representation The Secretary of State shall provide non means-tested funds to ensure that the family of the deceased is legally represented at inquests that engage article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights by virtue of the Human Rights Act 1998 (c. 42)."
