Clause 2: Coroner areas Amendment 36A 36A: Schedule 2, page 124, line 10, leave out sub-paragraph (2) and insert— "Responsibility for the coronial system shall lie with HMCS and each coroner area is to consist of the area covered by an HMCS area."
