In light of what my hon. Friend has just said about the national programme for IT, does he agree that the Treasury minute answering conclusion 6, which basically says that the Department remains confident in the potential of both Cerner’s Millennium and Isoft’s Lorenzo to work effectively, is remarkably optimistic?
