Proceeding contribution from Baroness Morgan of Drefelin (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 2 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill.
Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

I am very happy to look at this question and to come back to the noble Viscount in writing. Amendment 43 agreed. Amendments 44 and 45 Moved by
