121: Clause 96, page 64, line 33, at end insert— "(6A) In forming an opinion for the purposes of any of subsections (3) to (6), the Secretary of State must consult the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation." 122: Clause 96, page 64, line 38, at end insert— "(9) The Secretary of State must consult the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation before exercising the power conferred by subsection (8)."
