My Lords, I particularly thank the noble and learned Baroness, Lady Butler-Sloss, for her contribution to the short debate on my amendment, and I thank the Minister for his very full reply. It would be churlish of me to go into any more arguments about this matter—I think that we have probably heard enough about it. We look forward to the ongoing dialogue which has been promised. On that note, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 29 withdrawn. Amendment 30 not moved. Bill passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.
