I cannot give the hon. Lady a date now, except to say that it will be as soon as we can do it after we reflect on the Welsh Grand Committee’s deliberations. That is the whole point of calling the Welsh Grand Committee. She asked me, quite properly, as did my hon. Friend the Chairman of the Select Committee, to postpone my original suggestion that we held the meeting earlier, in July, precisely to give us time to reflect, which she is now criticising, wanting even more delay. That makes me suspicious about her real intentions in respect of the order.
