I am grateful to the right hon. Gentleman for his words about that point of information. On transport, I heard what the Secretary of State said about cross-border bus companies, but the matter probably needs a bit more explanation. I appreciate the consistent approach, which is beyond doubt, but I am slightly worried that pressure will be put on bus companies already operating cross-border services, possibly at a loss, and that they might decide to give up and cancel altogether services running into Wales. I would be grateful if the Secretary of State could look at specific routes and companies to see what the effect might be, as such an outcome would detract from what is available to people on both sides of the border. Issues such as signage and timetabling are possibly within the ambit of what we are considering.
