National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Welsh Language)
To reassure the hon. Gentleman, the Assembly is not due to consider the LCO until next month. It will take into account, for example, what we are discussing today. However, I am confident that once that has happened we can get the LCO on to the Floor of the House well before the end of the year, which is what the Assembly Government have asked for.
